Coordination, finishing and handover
Electrical, air conditioning and low-current coordination (speaker, camera and sensor positions) before the ceiling is closed, then jointing, paint and a snag list at handover.

We visit the site, measure heights and A/C and electrical routes, then prepare a ceiling plan with levels and lighting for your approval.

We review every point and route with electrical, A/C and low current, and verify them on site before the closing boards go up.

Build and finish
Framing, boards, jointing and paint under a site supervisor, then handover with a snag list.

Common questions
Can gypsum work be done in an occupied villa or apartment?
Yes, but dust and noise mean working room by room and covering furniture. We set this out in the programme after the survey.
Do I need to decide lighting and camera positions before the ceiling is built?
Yes, this is the most important coordination step. Once the ceiling is closed, moving a point means cutting it open, so we fix positions with you on the plan and on site before closing.
Are boards available for bathrooms, kitchens and fire-rated areas?
Yes. Moisture-rated and fire-rated boards exist, and we choose the right type for each area by its use and the building requirements.
Do you do only the gypsum, or the paint and lighting too?
We carry out the gypsum with jointing and paint, and coordinate with electrical and low current for lighting points and systems. Gypsum alone can be ordered.
